Investment in Your Health:

Dr. Cary is an out of network provider for all Insurance Companies.

This allows us to give you an individual treatment plan with treatments that could be limited if dictated by insurance requirements, and limiting your health care.

We are able to print off  a statement for you can turn into your insurance to meet your deductible or get reimbursement if you've met your deductible for the year.

We accept payment is received date of service using either Health Savings Account HSA cards, Credit Card, Cash or check

The cost of Adult initial visit is $150, which includes an examination, diagnosis, treatment and therapy.  

The discounted cost of Students is initial visit is $99, which includes and examination, diagnosis, treatment and therapy.   

​The fee reactivate appointments (6 months lapse in care) is $75, 

We will provide receipts upon request if you wish to submit your visit to your insurance for reimbursement.
